There is a rebellious quality in this energy. However, if you allow yourself to rebel, let it arise from inner knowing — not from others’ opinions, judgments, or pure logic. If others say you are irrational for choosing a certain direction, understand that the best thing you can do for yourself within this energy is to dare to go against the current and speak your truth — provided it is supported by a deep, clear inner feeling. And if asked, “What is the point of this?” simply answer:
“I don’t know — I just feel it.”
At such times, life breaks through fear from the level of courage (fear being the disharmonious expression of the Yang Fire Horse pillar). It does not concern itself with consequences, it simply moves forward.
The year continues to deliver particularly intense lessons for those with a strong Earth Day Master. However, this month may offer a slight reprieve, as the
main profile is Direct Resource, which supports a slower, more thoughtful, and measured approach through the Snake energy.
Yet Yin Water, associated with thoughts, emotions, overthinking, secrets, and sudden surges, can disrupt this slower, more deliberate behavior if not kept in balance. The dynamic of the Yin Water Snake pillar is like dancing on thin ice: the elements can easily extinguish one another.
The impulsiveness and emotional volatility of Yin Water can override the Snake’s wise restraint (like mist extinguishing a small flame). Dragon–Dog opposition similar to April), this transitional period calls for deep inner reflection: into emotions, wounds, and psychological burdens. Attention turns inward rather than outward.
If you are willing to face your depths, this period offers an opportunity to release karmic patterns, see through manipulative dynamics more clearly, and undergo profound transformation. Old wounds can be left behind, allowing you to step into a renewed version of yourself.
If possible, this is an
excellent time for therapy and emotional release work.
Yin Earth Rabbit day – Universe's red light: Accept limitations
We enter this period on a Yin Earth Rabbit day, highlighting experiences of
limitation or difficult life situations where your efforts seem to meet constant resistance.
Some may perceive this as injustice, even slipping into a victim mentality. However, this pillar points to a deeper truth:
What now appears harsh, unfair, or obstructive may later reveal itself, when the greater picture becomes visible, as the very force guiding you onto the right path.
The Yin Earth Rabbit brings obstacles (Seven Killings energy!), or in other words, teachings. It directs you into these situations because it seeks to offer something sustainable in the long term. It no longer settles for superficiality.
Yin Earth, like Mother Earth, seeks to nurture and care. Yet the Rabbit’s Wood element restricts this expression. Why? Because the full picture is not yet visible.
Importantly, this energy does not forbid, it does not say “no.” Rather, it delays, asking you to restructure, transform, evolve the area of life that is currently not functioning (relationships, work, home, etc.).
Your desires may be possible, but not at the time, in the form, or at the level you currently imagine. There may still be inner maturation required.

Horse–Rabbit destruction once again introduces the energy of temptation and seduction, similar to March. This may lead to uncomfortable or awkward situations.
Since the Rabbit now represents limitation, be mindful of your boundaries. Only go as far as truly aligns with you. May may bring strong temptation toward situations that are “forbidden” or not yet supported.
Yin Metal Goat hour pillar – Difficulty in creating peace, dignity in hardships and conflicts
The Yin Metal Goat in the hour pillar adds another layer. According to the
I Ching this energy relates to handling conflict with dignity, diplomacy, and clarity.
At its highest level, it seeks to clarify and resolve situations. In its disharmonious expression, you may suppress your true self and bury grievances (like jewelry hidden within the Earth), creating a false sense of peace.
On the other extreme, you may erupt, expressing grievances with excessive pride or ego, lacking humility and understanding. Both extremes feed conflict.
The path forward is peaceful resolution. May calls for this, it is the purpose behind arising conflicts.
Honesty is the highest tool for creating peace.
Throughout the year,
honesty versus dishonesty in relationship remains a central theme, and this month brings sharp realizations and decisive resolutions in this regard.
